Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by e-mail or by letter, for example. The postal address and the contact address stand in the imprint. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your statement before the period expires.

What follows from a withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we repay all payments without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day your statement arrived. The repayment uses the same means of payment you used for the purchase; it costs you nothing.

Early loss of the right of withdrawal

A package that starts with the purchase is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed. For a contract on the supply of digital content, the right of withdrawal is lost where you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and have confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that agreement. For an access code, performance begins only when it is redeemed; until then the following section applies.

Exactly that agreement and that confirmation are required on the purchase surface. Without them the purchase is refused and nothing is charged. The moment of the confirmation is kept with the purchase record.

A package that starts later, and an access code not yet redeemed

If a package only starts on the day after a running access ends, you can withdraw from the contract on that package until it starts, even after the fourteen days have passed and even if you gave the agreement and the confirmation on the purchase surface. The same applies to an access code that was bought, as long as it has not been redeemed. The repayment follows the section “What follows from a withdrawal”.
